I’m sorry Microsoft, but I honestly believe that my Xbox 360 is no longer worth the $400 I paid for it at launch. I no longer think your product is better than your competitor. I’ve replaced my Xbox 360 once and am looking at maybe replacing it a second time because of some disc-drive problems. Maybe Microsoft is realizing its hardware’s disability and finally giving people a break by price-cutting some more (maybe). Whats in the works is possibly a $50 cut, from the current price of $350 on the “Premium” SKU. In other words, we could see $299.99 price tags on the higher-tiered Xbox 360 with a 20Gb hard drive as early as July 14th. Sounds nice…
What is Microsoft doing, though? Why the pricecut just before E3? Are they going to announce something new? Update something? Work out plans to compete with the Nintendo Wii? Unanswered questions are flying everywhere, its ridiculous. Keep your eyes on Xbox.com.
