The New “Mummy” Movie Looks Uneventful

The new Mummy movie comes out next month, August 1st, and I can’t say it’ll be too good. The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor seems more like a stale sequel to the other two Mummy movies, which were quite good. Taking a look at the trailer, it seems as if the whole movie is outlined. Watch the trailer, figure out the movie. Its exactly like the others. Even though Jet Li is the Asian emperor, the trailer doesn’t show him looking too exciting.
Simply put, the movie looks a little overcooked; lets hope this is the last one. There is only so many times you can be excited with mummy movies, especially if they all use the same basic plot, action, and even jokes. Check out the trailer:
